FAQ
What's free and what's paid?
The calculators, the /api/v1 fee API, the MCP server and the current fee-change log (JSON and Atom) stay free. Fee Watch adds the dated history API, upcoming-change reminders, a private feed and a higher per-key rate limit.
Where do the changes come from?
Only from each platform's own fee pages and help articles. Every entry links its source and shows the date we last checked it.
How do I get my key?
After checkout, your license key (it starts with FLIPW) appears in your Polar customer portal at https://polar.sh/flipledger/portal; sign in with the email you used at checkout. Send it as 'Authorization: Bearer <key>' to https://mcp.fliprofit.com/v2/history, /v2/upcoming or /v2/feed.atom. The key stops working if the subscription ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime from your Polar customer portal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If it doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Is this tax or financial advice?
No. It's fee data with sources. Check the platform's own page before relying on an entry.
